Chapter 121 Section 26QQ is adopted.

Adopted by the Massachusetts legislature, the law gives redevelopment authorities in all of the state’s cities and towns except Boston the power to assemble land. It is amended to include Boston, in particular the Boston Redevelopment Authority, in 1957.
